Tasting from 27.08.2021: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Light ruby, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Herbal, spicy and nutty underlay to red berries, a hint of tangerine zest with blackberry in the background. Medium-bodied and freshly structured with vivid tannins, the wood still somewhat in the foreground, but has a pronounced fruit on the finish. Will benefit from further bottle age.
