Complex, at the same time pleasantly cool on the nose. Aromas of lemon zest, young pear, rock flour, vineyard peach and iridescent meadow herbs. Wonderfully juicy on the palate, very complex, finest extract is carries by perfect acidity. Significant in the finish.
