Tasting from 18.02.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Fragrant, floral, but also a little bit of a hint of sediment on the nose. Immediately yeasty on the palate, good substance with a delicate, elegant structure and a hint of creaminess on the finish. Will develop very positively with bottle age.
