Smoky mineral aroma, peppery, could well be mistaken blind for a Mosel. On the palate viscous, mild and smooth, slight sweetness (9 grams of sugar) in the style of a dry Spätlese, rather soft acidity, yet kept under tension by mineral notes. It has a creamy elegance.
