Tasting Notes
On the nose, herbs, red apple and pear. Taut on the palate, with a clearly defined contour, surprisingly slender despite good texture, fullness and ripe fruit, avoids the baroque, herbal notes again on the finish.
More about the tastingClear, delicately mineral notes and some smoke on the deep nose. There's some fine fruit fullness on the palate alongside lively, fine tannins, stone and a citric acid structure that gives a delicately bitter note. The cool flow is rejuvenating towards the back end thanks to the fresh, herbal citrus fruit.
