Tasting Notes
Subtle berry, some lime and a hint of wood. Tight structure on the palate, slightly dry (but not green) phenolics, vital, length-giving acidity, tactile mineral notes. A rich and well-balanced, almost smackable Pinot Blanc that will show its best side at the table.
More about the tastingClear, finely structured. Initially flowing on the palate, inner calm and balance. Phenolic hints, bright, juicy fruit, fine smokiness. Centres itself towards the back with mineral savouriness and citric acidity.
