Delicious and grippy on the nose with refreshing notes of ripe citrus fruit, pear, green apple and minerality. Silky on the palate. The juicy, lively acidity weaves itself into the texture, fine saltiness, a hint of freshly grated citrus zest. Wonderfully balanced.
