The white wine Nierstein Riesling Kabinett, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Georg Gustav Huff has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Apple and peach in the fruity-savoury nose, also raspberry, flowers, herbs such as rosemary, even lavender. Not a wild Kabinett type, rather carried with a soft base and plenty of juice and sweetness. Minerality builds on the mid-palate, spicy and salty, but remains calm and in a harmonious balance.
