Ohne Säureabbau für 12 Monate im Barrique ausgebaut ist unser Chardonnay ein wahres Fruchtbündel: Aromen von Holunderblüte, Ananas und Zitrusfrüchten begeistern in der Nase und werden von der knackigen Säure perfekt gestützt. Die vollmundige Eleganz und der cremige Fluss des Weissweins schmeicheln dem Gaumen. Unser Chardonnay bringt Freude ins Glas und macht nicht nur zur Käseplatte eine hervorragende Figur.

Ripe, lush nose, notes of quince, tropical fruits, butter and sweet spices. Rather broad on the palate, as expected, but with fresh, balanced acidity. Notes of fruit and citrus, again spices. Appropriate length with a nice salinity.
