The red wine Barolo DOCG Ravera, vintage 2020 from the winery Giacomo Grimaldi has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Brilliant ruby red colour with garnet reflections and a brightening rim. Intense aromas of cherries, blueberries and plums on the nose, accompanied by violet aromas. Very fruity on the palate, accompanied by savoury notes, the tannins are grippy and somewhat coarse, with a slightly tangy finish.
