Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with fine mousse. Ripe peach, subtle hints of plums and dried citrus on the nose, ripe fruit nuances on the aftertaste. Nice interplay of fruit on the palate, mousse and acidity support the course, minimal drying on the finish.
