Sparkling, intense straw yellow. Complex nose with notes of chamomile, flint, then honeydew melon and some apricot. Fine and balanced on the palate, opens with beautiful yellow fruit notes, salty, ripe, well-integrated acidity gives the wine tension, peach on the finish, long finish.
