A pale light yellow with a slight apricot shimmer. Slightly reductive, yeasty aromas on the nose, candied oranges, nuts, cold smoke. Very fruity on the palate with a hearty core, bright and fresh, very juicy on the palate, expansive, dry and emphatic on the finish.
