Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, shimmering straw yellow with green reflections. Rich yellow apple, Williams pear, some elderberry and lemongrass on the nose, also the zest of a lime. Initially juicy, with explosive mousse, delicate white flowers on the palate, inviting, animatingly juicy, finishes slightly salty, beautiful flow.
