Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 16.03.2018: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Ulrich Sauter

Red berry scent, sage pastille. Powerful, creamy, full-bodied on the palate, rather medium-bodied in the extract, but in its almost buttery, yet homogeneously flowing style, quite original and coherent in itself. Juiciness and a fine thread of acidity form the balance to the supple motifs. Good length.
