Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate yellow peach, fine apricot jam, dark minerality in the background, a hint of orange zest. Taut, tightly woven, white stone fruit, salty-mineral undertones, tightly woven, subtle fruit sweetness on the finish, very long, lime zest, sure maturity and certain ageing potential, a multi-faceted food companion.
