Tasting from 01.01.2016: Ulrich Sautter & Team

Typical pastel color. Smells of lavender and rosehip, delicate on the palate with good volume, emphatically dry, resting in itself, rather discreet acidity, almost salty finish. Very authentic wine, seems to have been cast from a single mold.
