Tasting from 01.01.2024: Peter Moser

Strong carmine garnet, ochre reflections, broad brightening on the rim. Delicate old wood spice, dark berryish fruit, some cassis, a hint of candied mandarin zest, inviting bouquet. Deep, finely-meshed, delicate spiciness, dark nougat, vivid, integrated tannins, chocolatey touch in the mineral finish, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
