Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 05.11.2005

Very light green. Very foral nuances on the nose, flint, mineral notes, lemon zest and orange blossom. Initially dry as dust on the palate, with lemony-apricot notes, shows an almost crystalline-metallic acid structure, the texture then becomes creamier towards the back, the wine is very balanced overall, again characterized by citrus fruits, gains concentration, possesses finesse. Very good development potential.
