Fine, characteristic spiciness on the nose, noticeable herbal spiciness, apple skin and peach blossom. Sets soft and textured on the palate, powerful structure, ripe acidity, good length and savoury finish. A good gastronomic wine for intense fish dishes, white meat and poultry.
