The red wine Villa Rizzardi Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2011 from the winery Guerrieri Rizzardi has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvinone Veronese, Corvina, Rondinella , Barbera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright ruby red with light garnet rim. Finely marked and sweet nose of ripe strawberries and cherries, lots of raspberry cordial, extremely expressive. Great freshness on the palate paired with balanced fruit, nice display, has sweet texture, very tightly woven, gripping in the second part, salty, very long.
