Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright silver grey with greenish yellow reflections and persistent mousse. Quite shy on the nose, with hints of green apple, a little lavender and a hint of sealing wax. On the palate a rich fruity mouthfeel and floral notes, subtle mousse, with a slight bitter note in the mid-palate and an unbalanced finish. .
