Tasting from 18.03.2022: Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Ripe quinces, pickled yellow currants, a fine hint of meadow herbs, notes of baby carrots, cooked rose hips and honey blossom. Medium body, fine fruit sweetness, delicate acidity, a hint of figs on the finish, a Burgundian rarity from the rare Sauvignon Gris grape.
