Bright greenish yellow with silver reflections. Fine yellow pear fruit underpinned by a hint of mint oil, floral touch, candied lime zest, multifaceted bouquet. Juicy, elegant, extract sweetness texture, yellow tropical fruit, integrated acidity, balanced and well-adhering, fine blossom honey in the finish, very well developed, a versatile food companion, assured further aging potential.
