Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate watery rim. Ripe plum fruit with delicate herbal and savoury undertones, blackberry confit, a hint of vanilla and tannins. Medium complexity, some nougat and cardamom, fresh structure, chocolaty finish, already well developed, savoury aftertaste.
