Tasting Notes

Tasting from 12.11.2021: Anne Krebiehl MW

Notions of lemon sorbet, Golden Delicious apple and sea breeze combine into a most appetizing and fresh nose. Subtle hints of shortcrust pastry add a hint of richness. The palate is brisk and slender, showing exquisite, light, bright freshness that recalls that lemon sorbet and sea breeze note of the nose. The bubbles are fine and lively and the finish is dry and totally lemon scented.
