Tasting from 21.04.2017: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, subtle brightening to the edge. Young bouquet of cassis and pickled cherries, fresh orange zest, a hint of strawberries in the background. On the palate subtle herbal savouriness, dark berry confit, a slightly bold tannic veil, difficult to evaluate, probably light cork, not quite perfect bottle. .
