Tasting from 15.02.2013

Pale yellow-green. Initially somewhat restrained, fine nuances of meadow herbs, a hint of fresh white pear fruit, stone fruit notes. Juicy, elegant texture, delicately characterized by fine yeast notes, pleasant herbal spice, elegant, finely structured, a light-footed food companion, white fruit in the aftertaste, good length.
