The red wine Te Mata Bullnose Syrah, vintage 2018 from the winery Hawkes Bay Wine has been rated in 2021 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah
Dark ruby garnet, violet glints, slightly paler at the rim. Delicate hints of gingerbread, sweet berry fruit, cardamom and cloves, blackberry jam and pepper. Juicy, complex, expressive and with ripe tannins, very good length, minerality, chocolatey touch on the finish followed by a lush cherry aftertaste.
