Tasting from 06.10.2023: Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni

Pastel colours. On the nose, yeasty tones are joined by aromas of red berries, sweet almond and gastronomic herbs such as chervil and basil. On the palate, the wine has a medium-fine, restrained mousse, well-integrated acidity and a hint of vinosity thanks to a pinch of tannin. Medium to good length.
