Yeasty notes give way to aromas of pink pepper berries, smoke and bread crust, lychee after contact with air. The palate emphasises the substance and a delicate phenolic character. The flavour dimensions of sweetness, acidity and texture are all well proportioned, rather moderately pronounced and closely interwoven. Needs time.
