Cloudy, cream in colour with reddish nuances. A balsamic aroma with surprisingly little floweriness comes from the glass, with peppery notes, and warm brick. After contact with the air caraway and spruce needle notes become evident. On the palate, there is a pleasing textural suppleness: very fine phenolics, an acidity that blends seamlessly with the body and an almost playful spiciness. Refined and richly nuanced.
