Tasting Notes
It is a medium garnet colour, with a hint of mahogany reflections, and a broad ochre rim. On the nose there is a hint of roasted caramel, some orange zest, a delicate hint of liquorice, red berry, and nougat, it is a very multi-faceted bouquet with aeration. On the palate there is a lovely texture, with subtle notes of red cherry, good freshness, silky tannins, a hint of sweetness, discreet notes of cassis, a lemony touch, some saltiness, and persistence. It is a pleasure to enjoy after 44 years.
