Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby with purple reflections, delicately brighter at the edge. Intense herbal savouriness, nuances of wild berries, plum, liquorice and black olives, a hint of tar and roasted aromas, plus dried lavender. Full-bodied on the palate, with black cherry, fine fruit expression, floral nuances and ripe tannins. Juicy and mineral, with savoury nuances, leather and chocolate on the finish. Another masterpiece from the talented oenologist Christophe Baron. PM.
