Tasting from 29.08.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, dark, bright ruby red. Woody nose with elegant vanilla notes, ripe raspberry and elderberry. Polished on the palate and with a fine creamy texture, delicately taut, slightly salty, noticeable wood on the palate, not disturbing, gripping on the finish.
