The red wine Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery I Sodi has been rated in 2020 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Canaiolo nero from the region Tuscany in Italy.
This has a dark shimmering ruby colour. It is spicy on the nose and marked by the use of oak, with aromas of vanilla, a delicate coconut touch, and some ripe blackberry. There is a sweet fruit texture on the palate, and it has a subtle mint flavour, and a grippy finish.
