Tasting from 24.03.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Wild berries on the nose with fresh fruity-berry notes, semi-bitter chocolate and nougat, but also a distinctly slate-spicy character. Fine, sandy tannin on an oily background with ripe acidity and some power. A full-bodied red that is already approachable, but also promises a few more years of development.
