The red wine Vignànima Carmenère Colli Euganei DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Il Mottolo has been rated in 2020 by Kiem Othmar, Staffler Simon with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Carmenère from the region Veneto in Italy.
Deep, rich crimson garnet in colour. Noticeable oak on the nose, slightly dusty and chalky, with very ripe berry fruit, and dark chocolate. Dense and full on the palate, with plenty of substance, but is completely countered by the wood, which is inhibiting and drying.
