Tasting from 16.02.2024: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Notes of dark berries, cranberry confit, cherry and apple on the nose. Also some dried fig and floral nuances with a touch of spice. Fresh acidity on the palate, balsamic-spicy fruit and fine-grained tannins. Long finish.
