Intense, bright golden yellow colour. Restrained on the nose, reminiscent of chamomile blossom and yellow pear, a hint of butterscotch. With a beautiful fruit texture on the palate, creamy texture, compact acidity, some vanilla, slightly savoury aftertaste.
