Crystal clear nose with notes of fresh gooseberry, watercress, lime and spring meadow. Invigorating, refreshing acidity on the palate, lots of juiciness, oyster shell water. Creamy finish with tropical fruit and a long finish with fine mineral notes. Very balanced.
