Tasting Notes

Tasting from 02.06.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Very closed on the nose, almond, herbs, somewhat buttery. Juicy on the palate, less tannic than the nose would suggest, strong alcohol content (a little over the oak mark), crumbly, grainy to sandy tannins, not very fresh in the fruit.
