Tasting Notes

Tasting from 13.10.2016: Ulrich Sautter

Candied sweet cherry, thyme, raspberry, revealing some future complexity. Burgundy-like sinewy palate, full-bodied, supported minerally, well-integrated acidity, with youthful-looking clinging tannins, still closed fruit, with an almost astringent combination of minerality and substance.
