Bright golden yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of candied orange zest, some nutmeg, white fruit, and floral nuances. The saline-mineral palate is medium-bodied, with fresh acidity, fine apple fruit, subtle blossom honey and a touch of lime on the long saline finish.
