Tasting from 08.12.2023: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Ripe cherries on the nose, with nuances of cranberries and raspberries, complemented by a vivid, smoky wood savouriness, subtle plum. Medium-bodied on the palate, pleasantly elegant with vivid acidity and medium but appropriate length. Finishes slightly tart.
