Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 23.05.2025: Peter Moser

Medium onion skin pink in colour with orange reflections, and very fine carbon dioxide. On the nose, an inviting bouquet with fine herbal spice, red wild berry confit, yellow peach, strawberry, and some hibiscus. The palate is slender, yet juicy, with red berry notes and a hint of sweetness on the delicately saline finish, a charming wine for summer.
