Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.11.2019

This Pinot Noir is not on the wood path, but the savouriness of the wood ageing can be tasted, along with cherries and savouriness. Clear and firmly contoured on the palate, dense and elegant, ripe acid structure, fine-meshed tannins, some black cherry, still young.
