Tasting from 08.12.2023: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Medium ruby. Harmonious aromas of sour cherry, red berries and dried herbs, subtle roasted nuances. Elegant on the palate with good drive, fresh, ripe acidity and fine tannins. Beautiful length, finishes slightly tart.
