Tasting from 16.03.2018: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Ulrich Sauter

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, brightening to the rim. Ripe cassis, nuances of black berries, smoky notes of precious oak, some nougat and tobacco in the BACKGROUND. Taut, ripe dark wild berry notes, extracted sweetness, very well integrated tannins, complex and long LASTING, a fine acid structure gives the wine a very good freshness, great potential, will gain complexity with additional bottle age.
