Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. On the nose there is fine apple fruit with a hint of blossom honey, nuances of mango and pineapple, delicate herbal savouriness and a touch of minerality. Full-flavoured palate with white fruit hints, fine fruitiness, lively structure and the minerality returns. Persistent and certainly has ageing potential.
